Ever since 1976, ROPEX has been developing and manufacturing system solutions and components for a wide range of heat sealing applications across many different areas of the packaging industry.

ROPEX attracted worldwide attention as the developer of sensorless temperature controllers for sealing thermoplastics using the impulse method – RESISTRON?.

This innovation also inspired many more types of temperature controller offering an array of functionalities and extensive connectivity. For many years now, ROPEX customers have reaped the benefits of our tailored development and design support through customized heat sealing bars and complementary system accessories for end-to-end thermoplastics sealing solutions.

We also invented the CIRUS? impulse sealing method – the only one of its kind – which has enhanced the packaging industry’s high-tech portfolio for more than a decade. CIRUS is a highly dynamic impulse process which enables heating up and cooling down in a few hundred milliseconds.
